Circuit breaker

Palatal expansion is a procedure designed to widen the upper dental arch and palate to restore the balance between the widths of the jaws. This procedure is also known as maxillary expansion.
Ideally, expansion with the circuit breaker is performed at an early age (mixed dentition).
This system requires daily activation using a key.

Barre linguale

Lower space maintainer for premature loss of deciduous teeth, allowing elastics to be worn in the 1st phase of treatment to begin correcting malocclusions.

Multi-ring brackets vestibular

Brackets are placed individually on each tooth and connected by an orthodontic archwire. The bracket has a groove through which the archwire passes, and fins where the system that binds the archwire is placed. The pressure that brackets and archwires exert on the teeth enables rapid and effective correction of tooth position.
At our practice, we use the latest technology in self-ligating brackets, which instead of using elastics, contain a special valve to secure the bracket to the archwire. As a result, the brackets are non-yellowing, more discreet and more effective.

Multi-ring brackets lingual

This technology is the most innovative on the market for our most demanding adult patients. The brackets are positioned on the lingual surface of the teeth. It’s a perfectly invisible appliance, bonded to the inside of the teeth. They are permanently in place, and must not be removed when food is ingested or eaten. Bracket bases are made to measure using a 3D intra-oral camera, enabling the appliance to be customized for optimum fit. Orthodontic archwires are manufactured by a robot that delivers 3D bending information. Easy to maintain, it ensures maximum discretion in all circumstances, for optimum aesthetic and functional comfort throughout treatment. This technique, which is more demanding from a clinical point of view for the practitioner, enables treatment to be carried out discreetly in the context of a busy professional activity.

Aligner orthodontics

Aligner orthodontics has generated a veritable revolution in patient-practitioner behaviour in recent years. Aligner orthodontics can be used to treat all types of malocclusion, within a timeframe comparable to that of other fixed external or internal techniques. These discreet appliances are made of transparent plastic films that cover the surface of the teeth. They are manufactured using an intra-oral 3D camera, which enables us to work with international laboratories by obtaining an stl file. Their main feature is that they can be removed during meals or brushing, enabling maximum chewing comfort and optimal hygiene control. This appliance is highly appreciated by our professional patients, who do not wish to experience any major sensitivities during treatment – contact with the tongue or the inner part of the cheeks and lips is very pleasant, as the appliance is free of blunt asperities. We have unrivalled experience in this field, and are proud to be one of the largest providers of aligners in France.

Compression wire

Bonded wires are an essential prerequisite for stabilizing results. Bonded wires take the form of a thin metal bar bonded behind the upper and lower anterior teeth, and are positioned behind the incisivocanine block of both upper and lower anterior teeth. They enable permanent maintenance of end-of-treatment alignment when the fixed appliance is removed. They are complemented by inactive retention splints designed solely to stabilize the results obtained. These aligners are worn part-time, usually in the evening, to provide additional stabilization and help detect any bonded wire detachment that may occur as a result of changes in the ease with which they can be inserted and removed. Follow-up is generally carried out over a period of one year in the office, with a second year optional on request.
